For the Attention of those who have secured Admission for Class 1 2024-2025

1. Parents are requested to be on time at  St. Francis de Sales School, A4C, Janakpuri, New Delhi – 110 058, as per the time schedule.
2. Kindly bring the copy of Registration Form. In case of Christians/Catholics the form should be duly signed by the Parish Priest.
3. Candidates those who are in the Waiting List are requested to contact the school (Phone no. 011-25551113) for the details.
4. Produce the original and photocopy of the following documents at the time of admission.

If any discrepancies found in the documents, admission will be cancelled

Birth Certificate of the child issued by Municipality/Panchayat. Hospital certificate will not be accepted. Aadhaar Card of father, mother and child. In the case of Christians/Catholics, 1) Baptism Certificate and  2) Letter from the respective Parish Priest with seal. (ORIGINAL)

Proof of Residence: -(any one of the following)

Voter I-Card (EPIC) Card  any of the Parents

Passport issued in the name of any of the parents or child

Recently paid MTNL Telephone Bill /  Electricity Bill / Water Bill in the name  of any of the Parents

Aadhaar Card / UID card issued in the name of any of the Parents or child. Ration card issued/smart card in the name of parents (Mother/Father having name of child) Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.         (Rent Deed will not be considered as a proof of residence)

Pan Card of father and mother.

Caste certificate in the name of the child, if SC, ST or OBC

In case of Alumni, Fresh membership certificate of Sahoday (Ex-Students Association) and pass certificate of either class 10 or 12.
